This Microsoft Excel spreadsheet creates a CSV file, which can be imported by Start Clock and O Checklist.

There might be some warnings when opening this file, which must be accepted in order to use the spreadsheet. The warnings are:

• PROTECTED VIEW Be careful - files from the Internet... Click on Enable Editing
• SECURITY WARNING Macros have been disabled. Click on Enable Content

If the downloaded file appears as export_csv.zip, rename the file to export_csv.xlsm (Excel Macro-Enabled Workbook).

Current version is 1.2.1, dated 16 April 2024.

Alternative procedure

Let an AI chatbot (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and others) generate the CSV file. For example, prepare the start list in Microsoft Excel, then issue a prompt such as:

• With the uploaded Excel file as input, make a CSV file with the following fields: Name, Organisation, Class, BibNumber, StartTime, ControlCardNumber, StartName.

It may take a few iterations to get a correct CSV file that can be imported.
